The three things that make our pickles different from anyone else's out there are the crunch, the strength of flavor and the quality of our process.

The CRUNCH is possibly the most difficult ingredient to add to any pickle. Everything done during the process of brining and heating attacks the crispiness of a cucumber-even the individual spices can affect the integrity of the end product! We've mastered a technique for retaining as much crispy-crunch as possible, and all our customers rave about it. The STRENGTH OF FLAVOR sets our pickles apart from everyone else. Our flavors have a strong punch in every bite, often surprising first-timers! Most importantly, the QUALITY OF OUR PROCESS is in every step. Quality cucumbers, expensive spices and an involved, unique process all add up to a fantastic pickle. I care about every step of this process, and I hope you'll agree it shows.

OUR SEASONINGS & SAUCES...

When sourcing my ingredients, I often contract tens of thousands of pounds of high-end spices. This allows me to purchase the strongest, freshest spices from all over the world, and the difference is remarkable. Our seasoning blends, sauces and pickles all use these high-grade spices, and the color, fragrance and flavor are the strongest available!

OUR JAMS...

Our Amish jams are made by an Amish Mennonite friend who has perfected each jam. She cooks down all the fruit juice until it's thick before making these jams, so they are incredibly concentrated! These jams, like all of our products are strong and tediously hand-made.
The Apple Cobbler Jam is made by a local family and tasted like you're eating apple crumble! Thick and VERY apple-cobblery, this jam sells as quickly as we can get it made.
