My favorite Jam! Very strong strawberry jam, cooked down for hours with a hint of spicy jalapeno. I hope you love it!
All my jams are made by an Amish friend in Chouteau, OK. She makes tiny batches in small kettles, so she can carefully boil them down for hours to intensify all the flavors. They are the very best jams and jellies I've ever tasted.
