Triple Berry Amish Jam is made with a mixture of blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. Just like all my jams, the fruits are concentrated during a long boil to make these jams VERY strong and flavorful!
All my jams are made by an Amish friend in Chouteau, OK. She makes tiny batches in small kettles, so she can carefully boil them down for hours to intensify all the flavors. They are the very best jams and jellies I've ever tasted.
