This is the strongest Apricot flavor I've ever tasted in a jam! Just like all my jams, the fruits are concentrated during a long boil to make these jams VERY strong and flavorful!
All my jams are made by an Amish friend in Chouteau, OK. She makes tiny batches in small kettles, so she can carefully boil them down for hours to intensify all the flavors. They are the very best jams and jellies I've ever tasted.

I have loved Apricot jam's since I was a young woman and your is great love it on my English muffin or my bagel, I got the other jams' as well and they are so good as well. Terri Facini
