Debora Hood "Rust" has become my daily go-to for seasoning, whether it's meat, veggies or even cottage cheese. I like the spice combination and the hint of heat with the robust flavor. I also like that it's not sugar-based, as so many seasoning mixes are. If I want to change or enhance the flavor profile, I can add my own pinch, rather than consuming it without really knowing I'm doing so. I definitely recommend this great seasoning and rub, whether you're making a hamburger, sparking up the green beans or slow-roasting a whole hog.
