Everyone loves a pepper jam! This Peach Jalapeno Jam is for the peach-lovers out there! Just like all her jams, she cooks the fruit juices down over long periods of time to concentrate them before making this intense spread! Really peachy and spicy, this jam is family favorite.
All my jams are made by an Amish friend in Chouteau, OK. She makes tiny batches in small kettles, so she can carefully boil them down for hours to intensify all the flavors. They are the very best jams and jellies I've ever tasted.
