An old-time favorite! Who remembers eating strawberry-rhubarb pies, cobblers and jams as a kid? My grandmother made this for us every year growing up, and it's been impossible to find its equal until now. Tart, sweet and very-strawberry!
All my jams are made by an Amish friend in Chouteau, OK. She makes tiny batches in small kettles, so she can carefully boil them down for hours to intensify all the flavors. They are the very best jams and jellies I've ever tasted.
